The recent television interview has sparked lively discussions and become the subject of thorough analysis by “body language” experts. Additionally, a witness emerged who described how the Duchess behaved “off-camera,” leading to the conclusion that both Meghan and her marriage are going through tough times. According to an insider who was present during the filming, the Duchess’s behavior behind the scenes was quite different from how it appeared in the recorded interview. Viewers saw a touching portrayal of a vulnerable Meghan sharing difficult moments from her life. However, once the interview ended and the camera was turned off, Meghan reportedly “exploded.” The witness stated that she could not contain her anger and yelled furiously at the producers and the interviewer, Jane Polly, for asking uncomfortable questions that diverted the conversation from the planned course.
The Duchess’s fury was triggered by Polly’s insistence on revisiting, as she did three years ago during the infamous Oprah Winfrey interview, Meghan’s alleged “suicidal thoughts” that supposedly occurred while she was living in Britain within the royal family. Discussing this topic was clearly not Meghan’s intention. After the first interview, many openly doubted the authenticity of Meghan’s account. Moreover, even her husband, Prince Harry, admitted that he did not immediately believe his wife’s complaints. Meghan clearly did not want to publicly revisit what many considered an outright lie.
It is also worth noting that Meghan’s anger post-interview was directed at her husband as well. She shot him unfriendly looks and made it clear in every way that she was displeased with him. Experts concluded that Harry was at fault for also deviating from the script Meghan had planned. During the interview, Meghan repeatedly touched Harry’s hand and knee as she had planned, trying to show that she was tenderly seeking his support. However, her gestures were misunderstood by him. Instead of silently gazing adoringly at his wife, Harry chose to publicly support her and, evidently, said something she did not like.
As a result, as noted by renowned American body language expert Judy James, every time Harry opened his mouth after that, Meghan’s glances towards him became ice-cold. It seemed like she was hinting for her husband to finally shut up. Harry did not understand this, which further aggravated Meghan. It was fortunate that she did not publicly berate her lawful husband after the interview. According to Kensington Palace staff, while Meghan and Harry lived there, they frequently had furious arguments. Meghan was always the instigator, and their quarrels were so loud that they were impossible to ignore. Judging by Meghan’s behavior after the interview, neither her character nor the couple’s relationship, to put it mildly, has improved since then.
